A waterfall is one of the majestic gifts of the nature. Usually a geological formation resulting from downhill flow of water at a point where a sudden break of elevation causes the water to flow / drop down from an elevation, often in the form of a stream, flowing over an erosion-resistant rock formation and is called Waterfall. Some waterfalls are formed in mountain environments in which the erosive water force is high and causes drastic change in stream courses. In such cases, the waterfall is the result of relatively sudden geological processes such as landslides, faults or volcanic action.
